If any part of this Agreement is considered unenforceable, the unenforceable provision shall be modified to the least possible extent necessary to become legal and enforceable, and no other provision of this agreement shall be affected. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, United States of America, without regard to conflict of laws or choice of law provisions.
